ideal as a conclusion to a multi-course meal
Mix the flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg in a bowl. Add the softened butter in small pieces and knead until a smooth crumble forms. Divide the apricot halves between two shallow, ovenproof bowls, with the rounded sides facing down. Mix the jam with the liqueur and lemon juice (season to taste) and spread into the apricot hollows. Spread the crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes (on the middle rack). Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be eaten hot or cold. Tip: Tastes delicious hot! Ideal as a finale to a multi-course meal, as the crumble can be prepared the day before. If children are eating with you, omit the liqueur.
