Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg broccoli
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 350 g whipped cream
- 3 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare the broccoli as usual and cook it in a little salted water. Bring the heavy cream to a boil. Dissolve the crumbled cheese in it. Add the walnuts and season with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop the chives. Serve the sauce with the broccoli. Serve with potatoes.
