Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 1 large onion(s) , large
- some condensed milk, 10%
- some salt
- some black pepper from the pepper mill
- some nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- some oil for frying the onion
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the canned milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and chives. Finely dice or chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the egg mixture and stir over medium heat until set. Serve on plates and garnish with chives and pepper, if desired. Serve with buttered, golden toasted slices of bread and cucumber salad.
