Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 handfuls of rose petals (unsprayed)
  • 70 cl schnapps (double grain, clear or vodka)
  • 25 cl syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 5 cl syrup (genadine syrup, if necessary)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for 1 liter of liqueur

Place the rose petals in a wide-mouthed container and pour the alcohol (schnapps) over them. Let stand for at least 4-6 weeks. Then filter and sweeten with sugar syrup. Let stand for a few more weeks, the longer the better. Then filter again and, if desired, color it reddish with grenadine syrup.
