Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds, for sprinkling
  • Cheese
  • Ham
  • olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix ingredients. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it out. Top with cheese, ham, and olives, and roll it up. Place on baking paper. Whisk 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 egg and brush the croissants with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 160-170°C (220-340°F) for 20 minutes. The next day, they can be reheated in the microwave at 600 watts for about 1 minute. They’ll taste just like freshly baked.
