Rose Red Pasta

The perfect rose red pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Semi-Fresh tagliatelle
  • 1 Beetroot fresh
  • 100 ml Coconut water
  • 100 ml Mango juice
  • 0,5 Tl 5-Sterne-Gewürz (Asia-Würzmischung)
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions.
  2. Peel the beetroot and dice finely. Bring to the boil with coconut water and mango juice. Add the seasoning. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until beetroot is soft. Then puree. Season with soy sauce.
  3. Mix with the pasta and serve.
