Rose Red Pasta
The perfect rose red pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Semi-Fresh tagliatelle
- 1 Beetroot fresh
- 100 ml Coconut water
- 100 ml Mango juice
- 0,5 Tl 5-Sterne-Gewürz (Asia-Würzmischung)
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions.
- Peel the beetroot and dice finely. Bring to the boil with coconut water and mango juice. Add the seasoning. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until beetroot is soft. Then puree. Season with soy sauce.
- Mix with the pasta and serve.
