Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter apple cider vinegar
  • 100 g rosehips, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 orange(s), peel

Instructions

Place the cleaned and washed rosehips in a sufficiently large jar with the remaining ingredients. Let everything steep for four weeks, shaking occasionally to allow the aromas to disperse. Then filter the vinegar and pour into clean glass bottles. Tip: The rosehips can also be left in the bottle for a more decorative look.
