Pasta with ham sausages and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spiral noodles
  • 100 g smoked ham sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp. paprika powder, smoked
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Use up leftover sausages

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, slice the sausages and whisk the eggs with the cream. Briefly fry the pasta in a pan. In another pan, fry the sausages. Season the pasta with the thyme and smoked paprika, and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the topping over the pasta and let it set. At the end, stir in the sausages and serve.
