Rosewater and apple juice jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 3 tsp rose water
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Combine the juice and rose water. Stir in the gelling sugar and cook according to the package instructions. Immediately pour into small jars and seal. Makes approximately 4 small jars. Tip: If you don’t like the intense rose flavor, use less.
