Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 handfuls of basil (fresh)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta filling, suitable for ravioli, tortellini, etc.

Clean and finely chop the mushrooms, then fry them with the quartered tomatoes in a pan with a little oil until the liquid has evaporated. Add the remaining ingredients and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Season with salt. I made a dough with 400g of flour. Fill the pasta! You can serve it with a light tomato sauce!
