Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Mett, Thuringian, from the butcher

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of marjoram
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 rolls
  • possibly thyme
  • Parsley

Season the minced pork (Mett) from the butcher’s shop with salt and pepper if it isn’t already seasoned. Mix in the marjoram, caraway, and, if you like, a pinch of thyme. Peel the onion and garlic, finely dice them, and mix them in. Finally, add the two egg yolks and spread the finished mixture on the sliced ​​halves of the two bread rolls. Garnish with parsley and, if desired, add onion rings on top. They can be served unfolded or folded. Your “Thuringian Breakfast” with minced meat is ready. Enjoy!
