Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large cheese (Rougette oven cheese)
  • 500 g pasta, mixed
  • 1 pinch(s) black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Here is a recipe from my youth, tastes good with the spicy baked cheese

Pour water into a pot, season well with salt, and add the pasta. Meanwhile, melt the Rougette cheese (I also like the spicy cheese) in the oven according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and quickly mix it with the cheese. Season the mixture with black pepper, if desired.
