Roulade-nothing Involtini !!
The perfect roulade-nothing involtini !! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pork roulades from the leg
- 500 g Mild sauerkraut
- 250 gr Pure sheep cheese
- 3 small Pickled gherkins
- 1 Onion
- 1 el Chopped garlic
- 1 el Sweet mustard
- 1 el Caraway seed
- 1 tl Ground chili pod
for the sauce
- Tomato paste
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- Starch to thicken
- Broth or water to top up the sauce
- Salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, juniper berries
