  • 6 Pork roulades from the leg
  • 500 g Mild sauerkraut
  • 250 gr Pure sheep cheese
  • 3 small Pickled gherkins
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 el Chopped garlic
  • 1 el Sweet mustard

  • 1 tl Ground chili pod

  • Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  • Starch to thicken
  • Broth or water to top up the sauce
