Berry Caramel Dessert
The perfect berry caramel dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr I only had forest berries-tk
- 250 gr Household sugar
- 200 ml Whipped cream
light cream
- 250 gr Pure yogurt
- 150 gr Lowfat quark
- 1 pk Vanilla sugar
- 50 ml Mango or orange juice

- 3 Wonton leaves
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 pinch Sugar
- First I mixed the yoghurt cream in a bowl and put it in the cold .. in a pan I caramelized the sugar … when it was completely liquid and very slightly golden brown, I carefully stirred the liquid cream into a caramel cream … then I put the berries – which had previously been thawed and the liquid dripped off – into the hot cream
- given .. kept stirring very carefully over a low flame until everything turned out to be a nice mixture .. set aside …. the cream should cool down a bit .. in the meantime I have the wonton leaves – 1 each for a glass cream-in hot deep-frying oil gold-yellow
- deep-fried .. yes and last but not least, I whipped the cream until stiff with a pinch of sugar .. in a glass I put a layer of yoghurt cream … on top of it a layer of cooled berry cream – which, by the way, becomes quite crunchy !! .. then a whiff of cream-on top a fried wonton leaf
