Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1.1 kg beef roulade(s) or fake fillet
  • 450 g smoked pork belly
  • 4 onions
  • 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 4 gherkins

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Shred the meat. Dice the belly and onions. Brown the meat. Then skim off the juices, add the belly and onions to the meat, and season generously with salt and pepper. Pour in the cream and simmer. Add a little water, the mustard, and finally the gherkins. Cook in the oven at 180°C in a roasting pan for about 30 minutes.
