Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg meat for roulades, cut into strips
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • ½ sachet of sauce (herb sauce)
  • ½ bag(s) of ready-made onion soup mix
  • ½ sachet of sauce (pepper cream sauce)
  • ½ bag(s) of ready-made mix for Stroganoff or Zurich schnitzel
  • 1 gherkin(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the meat in a casserole dish or similar. Mix the cream with the listed ingredients and pour over the meat. Cook in a preheated oven for 1 hour 45 minutes at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven).
