Royal Crab Salad
The perfect royal crab salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g North Sea Crabs
- 50 g Salmon caviar
- 200 g Fruits – grapes + pomegranate seeds + mandarins
- 150 g Yogurt
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 5 ml Lemon juice
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Sugar
- 1 g Pepper
- 5 g Fresh dill
- Prepare a marinade using yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices
- Halve the grapes and add to the marinade with the pomegranate seeds and mandarins
- Carefully fold in the shrimp and caviar and garnish with dill
- Optional: 50 g salmon
