Royal Crab Salad

The perfect royal crab salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g North Sea Crabs
  • 50 g Salmon caviar
  • 200 g Fruits – grapes + pomegranate seeds + mandarins
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 50 g Mayonnaise
  • 5 ml Lemon juice
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Sugar
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 5 g Fresh dill
  1. Prepare a marinade using yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices
  2. Halve the grapes and add to the marinade with the pomegranate seeds and mandarins
  3. Carefully fold in the shrimp and caviar and garnish with dill
  4. Optional: 50 g salmon
