Chicory Salad with Crab Dressing

The perfect chicory salad with crab dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicory
  • 200 g Sour cream with herbs
  • 100 g Arctic Ocean – Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and the shrimp (refrigerated, precooked).
  2. Halve the chicory lengthways, cut out the bitter stalk. Depending on the size, quarter them, then cut them down.
  3. Mix everything together and season well with salt and pepper.
