Chicory Salad with Crab Dressing

- 500 g Chicory
- 200 g Sour cream with herbs
- 100 g Arctic Ocean – Prawns
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and the shrimp (refrigerated, precooked).
- Halve the chicory lengthways, cut out the bitter stalk. Depending on the size, quarter them, then cut them down.
- Mix everything together and season well with salt and pepper.
