Royal Galtür Soup
The perfect royal galtür soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Shallots
- 4 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 200 ml White wine
- 2 piece Bananas
- 2 piece Tart apples
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 300 ml Cream
- 300 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Curry paste
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- For the soup, peel and finely chop shallots and garlic. Core and chop the chilli too. Sauté shallots, garlic and chilli in butter and olive oil and deglaze with white wine.
- Peel the bananas and apples, cut into small pieces, add to the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the stock, cream, coconut milk and curry powder and paste.
- Pass everything through a sieve to taste with salt and pepper.
