Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp fat
  • 4 sausages, smoked sausages, mettenden
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 can of tomato paste (140 g), more if desired
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

cheap, fast and super tasty

Melt the fat in a large pot. Remove the smoked meats, cut them into thin slices, and fry them in the pan. Slice 250g of onions into rings and place half of them on top of the meatballs, but don’t stir yet. Then add the tagliatelle, season with salt, then the remaining onions and 1 liter of water. Add the tomato paste immediately and cook for about 35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
