Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork goulash
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
  • 4 medium-sized gherkins
  • 100g salami
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 dash of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sear the meat and onions. Stir in tomato paste and mustard, then dust with flour. Add vegetable stock and cream and bring to a boil. Add sugar, slice the gherkins, and dice the salami and bell peppers. Cook for 20 minutes. Add chives and the seasonings. Serve with hash browns.
