Rum cream with quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml natural yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and some zest
  • 50 g sugar
  • 4 cl rum
  • 1 cup diced pineapple, fresh or canned

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk all ingredients, except the pineapple cubes, until frothy. Fold in the cubes, pour into dessert glasses, and serve very cold.
