Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bowl of strawberries
- ½ pack of blueberries, frozen
- 1 cake base (shortcrust pastry), ready-made product
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for unannounced coffee guests
Remove the blueberries from the ice cream. Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it on the shortcrust pastry base. Place the strawberries and blueberries on top of the cream and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Alternatively, you can spread Nutella on the base instead of the cream and top with your favorite fruit.
