Chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g confectionery (peppermint chocolate drops)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 70 ml oil, neutral
  • 300 ml cocoa, strong (instant powder, mixed with milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the chocolate chips in a freezer bag or plastic bag and crush them into pieces with a meat mallet or rolling pin. Then place them in a bowl and mix with the flour and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, oil, and cocoa powder until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the two mixtures well and pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups. Bake the muffins at 160°C (convection oven) for 20 to 25 minutes.
