Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

First, combine the egg, flour, sour cream, and 250g butter. Then, roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet (don’t forget the baking paper). Spread the remaining butter over the dough and sprinkle with sugar, if desired. Bake the rolls at 200°C for about 25 minutes (until lightly browned). Cut into squares before cooling.
