Rural Rice Meat

The perfect rural rice meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 Pc. Pickle Guy
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 3 Pc. Red, yellow, green peppers
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt, pepper, caraway seeds
  • 300 g Rice
  • 0,5 liter Beef broth
  • 500 g Pork meat
  • 140 g Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 Pc. Onion
  1. First, finely chop the onion and garlic and cut the bacon into cubes. Wash the peppers and cut into 1cm cubes like the meat. Then the bacon with the chopped onions is roasted until translucent, seasoned with paprika powder and deglazed with vinegar. Now add the tomato paste, caraway seeds, salt and pepper and finally add the meat and the diced paprika and cook everything for about 20 minutes. Add the dry rice and the pickles, pour in the beef soup and simmer again for about 20 minutes. Serve the rice meat fresh and hot.
