Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork
- 2 onions
- 4 g pepper
- 14 g salt
- 1 g coriander
- 8 g sweet paprika powder
- 15 g vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes
Very simple yet very tasty.
Slice the onions into half rings and mix with the salt in a bowl. Let it rest. Meanwhile, dice the meat. Add the meat to the onions, then add the coriander, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and let it rest for 1 hour. Stir 4 times during this time. Then let the meat rest for a day, stirring occasionally. About 2 hours before grilling, add the oil and stir again. Thread the meat onto skewers and place it on the grill.
