Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • 1 pack of biscuits, (butter biscuits)
  • 1 can condensed milk (Milkmaid)
  • 1 pack of butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the puff pastry into squares. The size is up to you. I make them slightly larger than bite-sized. Bake the puff pastry at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Then let it cool. Mix the milkshake and the room-temperature butter. Place the butter biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them (I always make them finely; there are always a few large pieces left). Sprinkle them on a plate. Roll the puff pastry in the milkshake butter mixture until it is completely coated, then roll it in the butter biscuit crumbs.
