Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 0.3 liters of milk
- 0.2 liters of water
- ½ kg flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 small piece(s) butter, soft (melted)
- some butter or oil for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk together all ingredients, except for the butter for frying, until creamy. Pour the batter in batches into a hot pan with butter or oil. About one ladleful per blini is needed, but this may vary depending on the size of the pan. When the batter is firm, flip the blini and fry until golden brown on the other side. Salmon, cheese, jam, Nutella, cinnamon and sugar, whipped cream, crème fraîche, etc. all go very well with the batter.
