Russian-style potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 400 g salad (meat salad)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ jar pickles
  • 1 small can of peas
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes—whether with or without skin is up to you. In the meantime, peel the onion and dice it along with the gherkins (I always use gherkins). Let the potatoes cool slightly, peel them if desired, and then cut them into pieces. The size is up to you. Place the potatoes, onion, gherkins, and peas in a bowl and toss with the meat salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
