Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g pork, diced
  • 250 g smoked pork, diced
  • 250 g meat sausage, e.g. salami, ham or similar, diced
  • 250 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 250 g minced pork
  • 5 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cans of mushrooms, third choice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Texicana Salsa)
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Wash the meat and dice it. Do the same with the peppers and tomatoes. Finely dice the onions. Place everything in an ovenproof pan and sauté briefly. Mix the Texicana salsa with the cream and pour it over the meat. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 2 hours. Serve with toasted 3-grain toast or baguette.
