Rustic Turkey Breast Fillet

  • 2 piece Turkey breast fillet
  • 140 g Fried onion
  • 600 ml Cream
  • 400 g Grated Gouda
  • 80 g Mustard sweet
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Curry
  • Garlic oil for frying (homemade)
  1. Mix the fried onion, cream, cheese and spices well and set aside.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into 1 cm thick slices.
  3. Salt, pepper and fry in garlic oil on both sides.
