Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tuna, natural
  • 1 onion(s), red / diced
  • 2 tomatoes, pitted / diced
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 2 stalk(s) celery, diced
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

SABO – Tuna Salad

Drain the tuna and mix it with the tomatoes, onion, eggs, and celery. Stir in the remaining ingredients and toss with the salad. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
