SABO's spaghetti in ham, mushrooms, cream and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 230 g ham, cooked
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 200 ml cream
  • 120 g mountain cheese, grated
  • curry
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Melt the butter and slowly fry the diced ham over low heat. Slice the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain well, and add to the bacon and mushrooms. Mix the cream with the cheese and season. Stir in the cheese and cream and simmer for a few minutes over medium heat.
