Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 1 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley
Instructions

Smoothie with pineapple, oranges and celery
Juice the oranges. Finely chop the pineapple slices and celery. Then combine with the freshly squeezed orange juice and parsley and puree everything with a hand blender. The tangy and tart celery turns this smoothie into a vitamin-packed smoothie.
