Sage – minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 28 leaves of fresh sage
  • 28 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients (except the sage and ham) together. Form 28 equal-sized rolls. Top each with a sage leaf and wrap with a slice of ham. Secure with toothpicks. Fry in rapeseed oil for 4-5 minutes on all sides. Serve with a fruity tomato sauce and fresh white bread.
