Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some water
  • ½ pack of ready-made salad mix (spicy garden herbs)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • some vinegar (raspberry or balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sweet cream
  • possibly basil, chives, etc.
  • ½ small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with olive oil and cream

First, pour some water into a small bowl. Add the salad dressing, salt, pepper, sugar, and Maggi, and mix well. Stir in the vinegar, olive oil, and sweet cream. If desired, add finely chopped fresh herbs. Finely dice the onion and add it. Let the dressing sit for at least half an hour. It goes well with all leafy salads.
