Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 ½ tsp coriander, ground
- 1 ½ tsp salt (fleur du sel)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 tbsp vinegar (cider)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 ½ tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend ingredients with a hand blender. Pairs well with mixed leaf salads or herb salads.
