Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 ½ tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 ½ tsp salt (fleur du sel)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (cider)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 ½ tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend ingredients with a hand blender. Pairs well with mixed leaf salads or herb salads.
