Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Briefly heat the vinegar, water, bouillon powder, sugar, salt, and agave syrup (or honey) on the stovetop to dissolve all the ingredients. Remove the pot from the heat and vigorously stir in the mustard, salad herbs, Maggi, pepper, sour cream, and yogurt. Taste and add more seasoning if desired. Finally, stir in the oil vigorously. Pour the delicious dressing into a bottle and, once cooled, refrigerate it. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for at least three weeks. However, it will usually be gone before then. Tips and tricks: If you want to save calories, use only yogurt and no sour cream. Experiment with your ingredients to taste. Simply stir in some crushed garlic, various herbs, orange juice… I made enough for 14 servings. Then one serving has 110 kcal.
