Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard, grainy, not too hot
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 4 cl Cointreau, alternatively rum or brandy
- ¼ liter orange juice
- 1 dashes ketchup for the color
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the mayonnaise with mustard, horseradish, and a dash of ketchup until smooth. Add the Cointreau and mix everything with the orange juice. Season to taste.
