Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard, grainy, not too hot
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 4 cl Cointreau, alternatively rum or brandy
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • 1 dashes ketchup for the color
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the mayonnaise with mustard, horseradish, and a dash of ketchup until smooth. Add the Cointreau and mix everything with the orange juice. Season to taste.
