Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients well, let stand for 30 minutes, and season to taste. Serves best with leaf salad.
