Salad dressing that goes with everything

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml vinegar (brandy vinegar)
  • 125 ml rapeseed oil, safflower oil or sunflower oil
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp, levelled pepper, black
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder, to taste
  • 125 g sugar
  • 80 ml Maggi, original
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a shaker (approx. 1 liter capacity) and shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Tastes great after a day of infusion. It will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks, so you’ll always have salad dressing on hand. Always shake well before pouring to ensure the oil is evenly distributed!
