Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oil (salad oil)
- 60 g balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp acacia honey
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the sauce until ready to serve.
