Salad dressing with cream and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 dash of sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 shot of dessert sauce (passion fruit)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the onion and set aside. Mix all ingredients and add the onions. If the sauce is too thick, simply add a little cream or oil. I like to use low-fat Creme Fine for the sauce. Iceberg lettuce or lamb’s lettuce tastes best with the sauce.
