  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sweet cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with green salad

Whisk the quark and cream until smooth. Add the oil and remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
