Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g jacket potatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 100 g tomato(s) (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 jar sausages (mini sausages)
  • 6 tbsp corn (frozen)
  • 6 tbsp peas (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the potatoes in salted water. Peel, let cool, and dice. Wash and halve the cucumber and tomatoes, then remove the seeds. Slice the cucumber and halve them. Quarter the tomatoes. Heat the mini sausages and let them drain. Place the potato cubes, cucumber slices, tomato quarters, corn, peas, and sausages in a bowl and mix. For the dressing, mix the natural yogurt with mayonnaise and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve. Note: The quantities given are for 4 children’s portions.
