Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spinach
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp spice paste (Gochujang or Sunjang)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
- n. B. Sesame oil, dark

Shigumtshi Namull
Blanch the spinach for about 1 minute, drain, and rinse. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and pour it over the spinach. Mix well.
