Salad with blanched spinach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp spice paste (Gochujang or Sunjang)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • n. B. Sesame oil, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blanch the spinach for about 1 minute, drain, and rinse. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and pour it over the spinach. Mix well.
