Salad: Mixed Salad with Avocado – Mustard – Sauce

The perfect salad: mixed salad with avocado – mustard – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 handful Salad of your choice
  • Washed
  • 1 piece Fresh avocado
  • Detached from the core
  • 3 tbsp Mild mustard
  • 3 tbsp Of a 1/2 orange
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Roasted amaranth
  • 1 handful Sprouts of your choice
  • 2 black Pickled olives, pitted
  1. Wash the salad, dry it and pluck it into small bowls or on plates.
  2. Put the avocado meat in a tall mug, add the mustard, salt & pepper, a little more orange juice and the roasted amaranth and puree well.
  3. Pour the dip / sauce over the salad, put a few sprouts on top, put an olive on top and the lunch salad is ready
