Salad: Mixed Salad with Avocado – Mustard – Sauce
The perfect salad: mixed salad with avocado – mustard – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 handful Salad of your choice
- Washed
- 1 piece Fresh avocado
- Detached from the core
- 3 tbsp Mild mustard
- 3 tbsp Of a 1/2 orange
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Roasted amaranth
- 1 handful Sprouts of your choice
- 2 black Pickled olives, pitted
- Wash the salad, dry it and pluck it into small bowls or on plates.
- Put the avocado meat in a tall mug, add the mustard, salt & pepper, a little more orange juice and the roasted amaranth and puree well.
- Pour the dip / sauce over the salad, put a few sprouts on top, put an olive on top and the lunch salad is ready
