Limburger Tartare
The perfect limburger tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Vainaigrette
- 0,5 bunch Radish
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sweet mustard
- Salt and pepper

- Lettuce hearts
- Cut the limburger into 1 cm cubes.
- Clean and wash the radishes, cut eighths lengthwise.
- Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
- Mix apple cider vinegar with oil, honey and honey in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cheese, radishes and the onion to the vinaigrette, mix everything well
- Clean and wash the salad. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, arrange the Limburger tartar on top and serve with dark farmer’s bread and butter
