Salad: Provenca Cucumber Salad
The perfect salad: provenca cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 400 g Cucumber fresh
- 20 g Spring onion
dressing
- 1 tbsp Spice oil: tomato-rosemary oil from my KB
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar white
- 0,5 tbsp Salt
- 0,5 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence

- Wash the cucumbers – small and tender – and cut into thin slices … Wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings … in a key
dressing
- Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs of Provence and season with sugar … add to the vegetables
Marinate
- Let the cucumber salad “Provenca” simmer for at least 30-45 minutes at room temperature
Serve
- Divide the rice salad in compote bowls and serve with the grilled or roasted meat
